Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and create tailored care strategies for senior patients.
- Identify and treat chronic illnesses prevalent among older adults.
- Collaborate with various healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and results.
- Inform patients and their families about health issues related to aging and preventive strategies.
- Keep abreast of developments in geriatric medicine and apply best practices in patient management.
Required Qualifications:
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Preferred subspecialty certification in Geriatric Medicine.
- Possession of a valid Texas Medical License and DEA registration.
- Experience in geriatric medicine, ideally in a clinical environment.
- Strong communication abilities and a collaborative spirit.
