- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse in acute care, home health, or hospice
- Valid Canadian Driver's license
- Active CA Nursing License or willingness to obtain one through endorsement
- Strong desire to work in home health or hospice
- Ability to start a new job within a month
