Job Summary

This position is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of will-call orders. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing excellent customer service and handling transactions at the will-call desk.

The successful candidate will have 0-1 year of relevant work experience and be able to lift up to 100lbs frequently. The ability to speak effectively with customers and associates is essential, as well as having exemplary listening skills and problem-solving abilities.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a safe working environment with opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer services sales support as needed
  • Key in all national accounts special orders and customer orders
  • Coordinate customer will call (generating and coordinating pick-ups)

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 0-1 Year relevant work experience
  • Frequently lift product that weighs 10lb - 75lbs and up to 100lbs
