Responsibilities:

As a LPN with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing skilled nursing care and services to pediatric patients in their own homes.
  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Documenting patient progress and outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Current LPN License: Must be licensed as an LPN in the state where you will practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray: Must have a current TB or chest X-ray.
  • Current BLS Card: Must have a current BLS card.
