As a LPN with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will be responsible for:
- Providing skilled nursing care and services to pediatric patients in their own homes.
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Documenting patient progress and outcomes.
- Current LPN License: Must be licensed as an LPN in the state where you will practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray: Must have a current TB or chest X-ray.
- Current BLS Card: Must have a current BLS card.
