**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Great Wolf Resorts. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Take food and beverage orders and serve guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Interact with guests in a positive, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Handle transactions and process payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service

**Requirements:**

  • Some High School education or equivalent
  • Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) as they apply to cash handling
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, stretch, and twist
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Previous server experience
  • Prior experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) technology
  • Proven teamwork and communication skills
