Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct pharmacy teams to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance pharmacy staff skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization
  • Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
  • Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
