Key Responsibilities- Inspect and Maintain Guest Rooms: Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Lead a Team of Housekeeping Staff: Supervise and train a team of housekeeping staff to ensure they are performing at a high level and meeting our standards.
- Communicate with Guests and Front Desk: Act as a liaison between guests and housekeeping staff to ensure that guest requests are met and that any issues are resolved promptly.
- Manage Room Status and Cleaning Schedules: Monitor room status and cleaning schedules to ensure that rooms are cleaned and maintained in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct Quality Control Checks: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our housekeeping standards are being met.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure that our hotel is running smoothly and efficiently.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Customer Service Experience: At least one year of experience in customer service or a related role is required.
- Housekeeping Supervisory Experience: Previous experience as a housekeeping supervisor or in a related role is preferred.
- Flexibility and Availability: A flexible schedule and ability to work mornings, nights, holidays, and weekends is required.
