Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing Expert Nursing Care: Deliver high-quality care to patients in post-acute care facilities
  • Tracking Care Options and Outcomes: Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Developing Care Plans: Work with residents and medical staff to create personalized care plans
  • Monitoring Medical Equipment: Ensure the proper setup and maintenance of medical equipment
  • Administering Treatments and Medications: Safely and effectively administer treatments and medications to residents
  • Reviewing Best Care Options: Collaborate with residents and family members to determine the best course of care

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful as a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you'll need:
