Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, directing, and administering of Physical Therapy services as prescribed by a licensed Provider. This role requires a strong understanding of physical therapy principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluates patients to determine the need for physical therapy services and develops treatment plans to achieve specific goals.
  • Provides physical therapy services to patients, including exercises, manual therapy, and education on proper body mechanics and injury prevention.
  • Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinates with other departments as needed.
  • Documents patient progress and maintains accurate records of treatment plans and outcomes.
  • Participates in performance improvement activities to enhance the quality of care and services provided.

Requirements:
  • Current Professional Licensure
  • Valid Driver's license and proof of personal auto insurance
  • BLS
  • APTA Membership Preferred

Work Environment:
The Physical Therapist will work within the Rehab Department under the direction of the Rehab Director, without direct reports.
