School Therapist Specialist

Soliant is seeking a dedicated School-Based Occupational Therapist to support students in achieving their academic and personal goals.

• Assess and develop individualized therapy plans for students, enhancing their functional abilities through targeted therapy and collaboration with educators and parents.
• Provide direct therapy services and track student progress, ensuring seamless integration of therapy goals into daily routines.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to recommend modifications and accommodations that support student participation and success.
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP and 504 Plan meetings to ensure student needs are met.

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy, showcasing expertise in the field.
• Valid Occupational Therapy license in AL, demonstrating commitment to professional development.
• Experience in a school setting is preferred, with a strong understanding of educational environments and curriculum.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, enabling effective collaboration and time management.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $45.50 per hour, paid weekly through direct deposit. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health, vision, and dental coverage.
