Job Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of a maintenance department and supervise a team responsible for the preventive maintenance and repair of fleet equipment. The successful candidate will ensure all repairs and/or maintenance are performed in accordance with company safety and compliance standards, and with all federal/state regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance department and supervise a team of technicians
  • Ensure all repairs and/or maintenance are performed in accordance with company safety and compliance standards
  • Manage and maintain a fleet of diesel and alternate fuel equipment
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
