Key Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Establish data management and data governance principles for Finance Data.
  • Drive advanced analytics projects, including setting up the vision, design, experimentation, and deployment using modern AI/ML and Gen AI technologies.
  • Extract insights from databases using SQL and other query languages to inform product decisions.
  • Work closely with customers and partners to take a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities.
  • Use cloud-based big data management solutions and services such as S3, Databricks, etc.
  • Empowered to solve hard problems in the emerging area of Data – customer problems and business problems – in ways that our customers (internal & external) love, yet work for our business.
  • Drive execution and delivery by managing dependencies and plans across a wide breadth of different teams.
  • Accountable for results, shipping is necessary, but not sufficient; we look for product managers that are not afraid of signing up for results.
  • This is an individual contributor role; influence teammates, colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives through data and logic.

Compensation and Benefits

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $264,000, Bay Area California $, Southern California $. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
