Custodian - Riverview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at Kings Canyon Unified School District. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our school buildings and offices.

• Sweep, scrub, mop, wax, and oil floors
• Vacuum rugs and carpets
• Dust and polish furniture and woodwork
• Empty and clean waste receptacles
• Clean restrooms
• Wash windows and walls
• Polish metalwork
• Take care of equipment and materials
• Clean and assist other employees in cleaning kitchens and cafeteria equipment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid California Driver's License
• Previous experience performing duties similar to those listed above is highly desirable

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works indoors and outdoors. The employee will work near or with moving mechanical equipment. The employee may occasionally work with toxic or caustic chemicals such as petroleum products, degreasers, and sprays.
