National Security Analyst Job Description: HP is seeking a highly skilled National Security Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting with the implementation and oversight of federal personnel and information security programs while maintaining compliance with NISP, CUI, and CMMC requirements.

About the Role: As a National Security Analyst at HP, you will cultivate positive relationships with government representatives, internal colleagues, and business units. You will apply advanced subject matter expertise to shape internal strategies and processes to efficiently comply with security regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure overall compliance with National Industrial Security Program and contract security requirements.
  • Maintain and build positive relationships with government personnel, staff, and agencies.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of strategy initiatives aligning with HP's long-term goals.
  • Become a strategic partner advising business units, employees, and peers on security clearance process, NISP requirements, NIST, and CMMC requirements.

Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship (as required by DOD regulations for security clearances).
  • Possess a Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance.
  • Maintain a favorable Top Secret clearance adjudication.
  • Strong MS Office, written and verbal communication, and keyboarding skills.
  • FSO Possessing or Non-Possessing Training Completion Certification.
  • Requires a strong working knowledge and direct experience using DISS, NISS, and NBIS.

Salary Range: $113,200 - $161,300 annually, with additional opportunities for bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
