About the Role

As a Local Merchandising Specialist at SPAR Inc., you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for remodeling the insides of big box retailers. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in merchandising resets or remodels, installation, construction, or general labor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on remodeling big box retail stores, including building and assembling retail store shelving fixtures.
  • Collaborate with store management to ensure accurate product placement and installation.
  • Engage in considerable physical activity, including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds.
Requirements
  • Ability to stand for a minimum of 10 hours per shift.
  • Must be able to take direction regarding tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelves.
  • Experience with planograms and knowledge of basic tools necessary for the job.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
