Your role at Clorox:

  • Support and contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including BDEs, RIP Process, RFI's, FI's, GME Modules, and more.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of GME Processes, such as WPO, CILs, CLs, and others.
  • Assist in preflights and prove-in of production lines to ensure efficient start-ups.
  • Improve area of responsibility by implementing improvements to reduce cost, reduce downtime, and increase efficiency.
  • Understand and document RFI, FI, and BDE processes.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist in cross-training of the maintenance and production teams.
  • Provide technical support for all groups within the plant.
  • Participate in shift hand-off.
  • Take care of assigned tools, shop tools, and equipment.
  • Ensure all machinery is in a safe working condition after repairs and servicing.
  • Develop strong customer service skills.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with team members and other departments.

What we look for:

  • Mechanical background and aptitude.
  • Industrial maintenance experience.
  • Microsoft Office products skills.
  • Basic electrical skills.
  • Good attitude.
  • Ability to work individually and as a team.
  • SAP experience is a plus.
