The operations management track encompasses oversight of essential processes related to safety, quality, production, scheduling, and logistics. Training Program Highlights:

Operations Management Trainees will commence their training at one of our manufacturing facilities and may be reassigned to different locations upon completion of the program. Please note that this position may require relocation, with expenses managed according to the company's relocation policy.

Qualifications:

  • A college degree in business or manufacturing-related fields, or equivalent management experience
  • Aptitude for learning complex cross-functional business operations
  • Ability to organize and oversee multiple projects
  • Analytical and team-oriented personality
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capacity to thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Military experience may be considered in lieu of education and/or experience
