Job Overview

As a Seasonal Wind Field Blade Repair Tech III at NextEra Energy, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and optimal performance of wind farm operations. This position involves executing field-based equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and long-term reliability and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Operation Safety Policy Instructions and conduct field work in compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Participate in Business Lean Six Sigma processes and projects.
  • Recruit and develop other technicians for team growth.
  • Support site manager with safety and environmental reporting, financial reporting, and turbine availability.
  • Collaborate with internal users to develop and implement operation-focused feedback and solutions.
  • Present a positive professional representation of NextEra Energy in the community and with customers.
Requirements
  • High School Grad/GED.
  • 0+ years of experience.
  • Valid Driver's License (NON CDL).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical Certificate Program.
  • Trade School Graduate.
  • 1+ years of experience.
  • Commercial Driver's License.
  • Certified Hazardous Materials Manager.
