We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at HealthOp Solutions. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients' health and physical condition, define their goals, and plan appropriate treatments.
  • Implement and manage individualized therapy programs to promote ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability.
  • Use a variety of techniques to assist with pain management, such as heat/cold therapy, hands-on therapy, and therapeutic exercises.
  • Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to discuss patient progress and develop coordinated care plans.

Requirements:

  • Licensed PT in State of Arizona (or in process of obtaining)
