We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse for an exciting travel nursing opportunity in the Beaver Dam, WI area.

Job Description

This travel LTC RN position offers a unique chance to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with a talented team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. As a LTC Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing services to patients in a long-term care setting.



Key Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this travel LTC RN position include:




  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and developing care plans.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Conducting assessments, identifying patient needs, and developing individualized care plans.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient information, including medical records and progress notes.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to a culture of excellence in patient care.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this travel LTC RN opportunity, you must possess:




  • A valid WI RN license and current BLS certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a LTC setting, with preference given to candidates with 2+ years of experience.
  • ACLS certification and eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this travel LTC RN position is approximately $140,000 - $160,000 per year, based on a 13-week contract and 40 hours per week. However, actual pay may vary depending on factors such as guaranteed hours, travel distance, and experience.
