About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate High School Teacher to join our team at KIPP Colorado Public Schools. As an instructional leader, you will be responsible for driving student outcomes and creating an exceptional student experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement rigorous, engaging, and culturally-sustaining instruction that prepares students for multiple post-secondary opportunities.
  • Plan and organize learning activities, internalize and intellectually prepare for lessons, grade equitably and consistently, and implement all accommodations and modifications for students' IEPs, BIPs, 504 Plans, ALPs, and MTSS interventions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with students and families based on trust and respect, and approach practice with a sense of urgency to maximize instructional time.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and seek feedback in the spirit of continuous improvement, and reflect on professional practices to meet individual professional development goals.
  • Participate in daily duties to support school operations, and maintain accurate and timely records, grade books, and data tracking systems.
