Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Mechanical Foreman to join our team at Abstrakt Marketing Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage installation and maintenance crews to ensure efficient and high-quality work
  • Read and implement plans, ensuring accurate and timely completion of projects
  • Coordinate and manage material handling, fabrication, and installation of ductwork systems
  • Perform brazing, welding, and other mechanical tasks as required
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation and maintenance
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and clean DMV record
