The Richmond Behavioral Health Authority is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Specialist to join our Crisis Stabilization Unit. In this role, you will work closely with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
Duties:
- Conduct triage of referrals and intakes
- Assess client level of functioning and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement individualized service plans
- Facilitate psycho-educational groups and provide individual counseling sessions
- Coordinate daily treatment schedules and monitor client progress
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field
- At least two years of experience working with dually diagnosed clients
- Licensed MH Professional preferred
