Carpenter Position

Koester Construction Co Inc is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a commercial general contractor, we value teamwork and integrity in all our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lift, push, pull materials weighing up to 50+ lbs
- Use hand and power tools to perform tasks as assigned
- Perform sustained physical labor, including standing, walking, and crouching
- Perform work at height, including climbing ladders
- Read printed and digital materials
- Communicate professionally, both verbal and written communication
- Adhere to all safety standards
Requirements:
- 2+ years commercial carpentry experience
- Willingness to work weekends if needed
- Physically able to lift, push, pull 60+ lbs
- Ability to bend, sit, stand, kneel, and walk on uneven terrain
- Ability to climb ladders and work at height
- Valid driver's license (must be insurable)
- Reliable transportation, punctuality, and reliability
- Must own basic hand tools, and have the ability to use/operate basic carpentry tools
