About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Construction Apprentice to support our team at Hometown Builders Unlimited LLC. Our company specializes in high-end residential deck construction and outdoor living.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supporting worksite operations through manual labor tasks, including maintaining a clean site, operating power tools, and assisting lead carpenters and team members.
  • Loading and unloading construction materials, tools, and equipment as directed by the supervisor.
  • Transporting materials to and from the work area efficiently.
  • Providing support to lead carpenters and other team members by holding materials, tools, or assisting in measurements.
  • Performing basic carpentry tasks under supervision.
  • Operating hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.

Essential Qualifications
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job.
  • Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
  • PREFERRED knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Perks

The estimated salary for this position is $48,500 per year, which includes competitive compensation, career advancement opportunities, paid holidays, paid time off, year-round work, and 401K matching.
