Position Overview:
We are in search of a talented and driven Controls Engineer to enhance our dynamic team within the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will take charge of designing, developing, and overseeing all facets of electrical control systems, machinery, and equipment. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency, enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment, and the capability to foster innovation in manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop control systems, integrating them into our manufacturing operations to boost productivity and efficiency.
2. Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC systems for automated processes.
3. Innovate and implement solutions for industrial automation, robotics, and control systems design.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement HMI systems, fluid power controls, vision systems, VFD, and Servo Drive.
5. Conduct system tests to ensure all control systems operate efficiently and safely.
6. Provide technical support and training to production teams for seamless machinery operation.
7. Maintain comprehensive documentation of all control systems and modifications.
8. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in control engineering, applying them to our processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. At least 3 years of experience in control engineering within a manufacturing context.
3. Proficiency in PLC programming, electrical engineering, control systems design, robotics, and industrial automation.
4. Familiarity with HMI, fluid power controls, vision systems, VFD, and Servo Drive.
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication abilities and teamwork skills.
7. Proven capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
8. Understanding of safety protocols and regulations in the manufacturing sector.
9. Demonstrated creativity in developing innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
