As a Sports Official/Referee with i9 Sports - Ault, you will be responsible for enforcing rules, cultivating a positive culture, and acting as an on-field coach for youth sports leagues, camps, and clinics. The key responsibilities include understanding and enforcing i9 Sports rules books to create a fun, learning, and safe environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Enforce game rules and regulations, ensuring a fair and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  • Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values, to promote a positive and respectful atmosphere.
  • Manage game time and scorekeeping, adjusting instruction and competition levels as needed.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and provide superior customer service skills to ensure a high level of satisfaction among athletes and their families.
  • Qualifications:
  • Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with athletes, coaches, and parents.
  • Hold sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience to bring valuable knowledge and expertise to the role.
  • Be highly motivated and able to work independently, taking initiative to solve problems and ensure successful events.
  • Awareness and ability to prioritize player safety at all times.
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to build professional relationships with colleagues, athletes, and their families.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings, for 7 weeks.
  • Pass a National Criminal Background Check prior to employment.
