About the Role:

  • Lead a team of technicians in the maintenance and repair of vehicles
  • Coordinate all aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair, including scheduling and budgeting
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company standards and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including hours worked and materials used
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss performance and provide feedback
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor and parts expenses
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including hours worked and materials used
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive repair and management
  • Proven track record of success in supervisory or management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools
