Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot malfunctions and identify root causes using precision measuring and testing instruments.
  • Adjust and calibrate Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Servo drives to maintain equipment efficiency.
  • Remove and replace defective parts using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools.
  • Inspect parts for dimensional and cosmetic defects using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
  • Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments using hand tools, power tools, levels, and other measuring devices.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Prepare and submit maintenance reports to management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices by attending educational workshops and reviewing technical publications.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
