Key Responsibilities
  • Install Flooring with Precision
    • Place flooring in position while maintaining an accurate count of materials and without damaging adjacent materials or walls.
    • Install, repair, and maintain all types of flooring.
  • Surface Preparation and Finishing
    • Inspects, levels, and readies surfaces for flooring.
    • Make any necessary repairs before installing floors.
    • Prepares flooring for finishes and applies appropriate finishing material.
    • Preparing the work surface by applying adhesive, grouting, or other appropriate materials.
  • Meet Safety and Quality Standards
    • Ability to work and communicate with others.
    • Analyze information and evaluate problems.
    • Ability to learn and follow our extensive company safety policy.
    • Work safely with all members of the crew.
Requirements
  • Education and Work Experience
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred).
    • 1-3 years of experience in flooring (required).
  • Preferred Skills and Abilities
    • Basic hand and power tool skills.
    • Ability to work and communicate with others.
    • Analyze information and evaluate problems.
