Clinical Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our housecall medical services team in Brooklyn, NY.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, part-time, or per diem position (minimum of 2 days a week) with a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $130,000 per year.
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive physical exams and patient observations to diagnose and treat various health issues.
- Record patients' detailed medical histories and symptoms to inform care plans.
- Create personalized patient care plans and contribute to existing ones as needed.
- Order, administer, and analyze diagnostic tests to accurately diagnose health issues.
- Operate medical equipment and monitor patients' health status.
- Detect changes in patients' health and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Administer medicine and other treatments as prescribed.
- Consult with healthcare professionals and families to provide coordinated care.
- Train patients and their families to manage and prevent illness and injury.
- Must have an active New York State License.
- Must be Board Certified.
