Job Summary

As an Accela Developer at TRG, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing computer systems and applications for the State of Michigan. You will provide technical support and evaluate new development tools and agency systems. Additionally, you will serve as a Technical Consultant to the client to develop solutions and streamline critical business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement computer systems and applications for the State of Michigan
• Provide technical support and evaluate new development tools and agency systems
• Serve as a Technical Consultant to the client to develop solutions and streamline critical business processes
• Support and enhance the agencies' data needs through the maintenance and modification of existing web and client server applications, the development of new web and client server applications, as well as the rewrite of legacy applications and systems

Requirements

• 5 years experience implementing and supporting the Accela Civic Platform (Accela Automation) for Licensing and Case Management and Accela Citizen Access
• 5 years experience with reporting - Ad Hoc and Crystal Reports
• 5 years strong experience with Accela data migration using Accela Data Migration Tool
• 5 years experience in the Accela environment with design, development and testing
• 5 years experience in the Accela environment with setting up application security roles, best practices for security roles and FIDS
• 5 years experience in the Accela environment with scripting and configuration (event, batch, pageflow and expression)
• 3 years experience with Accela Mobile Office
• 5 years experience with Oracle Databases
• 2 years experience with Accela GIS - preferred
• 2 years understanding of Accela payment adapter configurations - preferred

Work Environment

Hybrid work - 2 days a week in Lansing, MI
