Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license from Illinois.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in ambulatory care or occupational medicine.
- A diploma in nursing or equivalent degree.
- Certification as a BAT and DOT Urine Collector within six months of employment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and other relevant software systems.
- Willingness to attend continuing education sessions and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in occupational medicine.
