Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at All Ways Caring HomeCare. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, promoting independence, dignity, and comfort.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to clients in their homes, as per physician orders and plan of care.
  • Accurately document nursing actions, client health status, and communicate with family and physicians.
  • Document progress and outcomes for established goals and inform physician, case manager, and families of changes in client's medical condition and needs.
  • Administer medication and management as needed, and provide health teaching to clients and their families.
  • Conduct nursing assessment visits as needed and report all incidents per operation procedure and regulatory standards.
  • Follow policies and procedures according to operation, state, and regulatory standards, and maintain confidentiality of patient-related information.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
  • One or more years of nursing experience, preferably in home health care.
  • Current and unrestricted registration and license in the state of operation.
  • CPR professional certification.
  • General knowledge of computers and ability to learn industry-specific software and documentation applications.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
