Shift Schedule: 2-3 days per week - min of 3 months

Patient Demographics: Adult

Duties:

  • Orders diagnostic tests
  • Provides full range of psychiatric care
  • Conducts Substance Use for Treatment
  • Assists in coordination with in-patient
  • Provides diagnostic evaluation/consultation
  • Participates effectively in daily comprehensive treatment team meetings
  • Performs inductions onto suboxone, transitions to Sublocade and initiation of Vivitrol

Requirements:

  • Active GA license
  • BC
  • DEA
  • COVID Vaccination
