AHF LLC is seeking a skilled Strategic Marketing Manager to lead our residential flooring marketing efforts in Mountville, PA.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in product launches, account management, and digital marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all marketing aspects of our specific AHF product lines, including business intelligence, competitive marketing landscape, product communications, and strategy development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understand the competitive landscape, market dynamics, and trends in the residential flooring industry.
  • Plan, project manage, and execute the launch of new products and product lines into our channel.
  • Develop an annual marketing strategy and execution for product line(s) and manage effective promotional tactics by working with our merchandising team.
  • Leverage industry and company data, e-commerce, social media, and digital channels to increase customer engagement and create demand for AHF products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Strong expertise in multiple marketing communication functional areas.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with excellent time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, human relations, and organizational skills.
  • Persuasive copywriter with the ability to compose headlines and clear, concise product benefits for use in marketing print collateral in-store and online.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and with outside suppliers.
  • Demonstrate exceptional work ethic with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
