How you will make an impact:

As a Resident Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every individual receives the dignity and respect they deserve.

  • You will assist with personal cares, medications, and mobility, while finding ways to bring joy and happiness to the lives of our residents.
  • You will work a variety of shifts, including morning, evening, and overnight shifts.
  • Shift availability will vary based on your availability at the time of interview.

What you will need:

  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living or a related healthcare field is preferred.
  • You must be able to read, write, and carry out directions.
