Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough diagnostic tests to identify vehicle issues and develop effective repair plans
- Repair and maintain mechanical and electrical components of Mercedes Benz vehicles, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure vehicles are in optimal working condition
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed, providing detailed documentation for customer and management review
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer satisfaction
- Proven 3 years experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Mercedes Benz vehicles
- ASE certifications or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair procedures, including electrical and mechanical systems
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment, including scan tools and multimeters
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
