Casual Package Delivery Drivers are the backbone of our operation, bringing packages great and small to our customers. They're a friendly, physically active crew who enjoy fast-paced work, being outdoors, and being behind the wheel.

SHIFT YOUR TEAM

Our Casual Package Delivery Drivers are responsible for driving our familiar brown trucks, navigating through busy streets, and delivering packages to our customers. They must be able to lift up to 70 lbs, have a valid driver's license, pass the DOT physical, and possess excellent customer service and driving skills.

SHIFT YOUR SKILLS

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be able to work independently, manage your time effectively, and prioritize tasks. You'll also need to be able to lift, push, and pull packages, as well as navigate through tight spaces.

This role is a seasonal opportunity, but it can lead to a permanent role with even more advantages and benefits. Our permanent, full-time small package delivery drivers receive an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, and paid time off for holidays, sick leave, and option days.
