Condo Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Condo Supervisor to join our team at Nemacolin Inc. As a Condo Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and meet the high standards of our resort.

• Inspect guest rooms to ensure they meet Forbes standards
• Create room assignments for Room Attendants and other housekeeping associates
• Utilize software programs to generate reports
• Take corrective measures to resolve associate issues
• Ensure rooms are cleaned thoroughly and in accordance with resort protocol
• Ensure guest requests are fulfilled efficiently
• Ensure associates adhere to established policies and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a similar field
• Maintain current knowledge of housekeeping duties
• Self-starter with ability to work with little supervision
• Customer-service oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude and great personality
• Ability to speak English
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends
