Tax Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Director to join our team at FORVIS. As a key member of our tax practice, you will be responsible for providing tax compliance and advisory services to individuals, partnerships, trusts, estates, and private foundations.

• Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Provide tax advisory services, including research and analysis of complex tax issues.
• Manage and coach professional tax staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver high-quality services.
• Review and manage projects prepared by tax associates and seniors, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.

• 9+ years of experience in public accounting, law firm, or trust department.
• Bachelor's or graduate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA license or J.D. degree and bar admission.
• Proven track record of managing multiple client engagements and delivering high-quality results.
