This is a Fantastic Opportunity to become part of a dynamic organization. We are in search of a growth-oriented Chef Manager to lead our expanding operations. In this capacity, you will oversee the success of both culinary and food service functions.

Saint Petersburg, FL

• Comprehensive culinary management of food service operations, including inventory management, ordering, and receiving.
• Understanding of P&L accountability and experience in contract-managed services is preferred.
• Expertise in menu design, cost management, procurement, and inventory with an emphasis on sourcing and utilizing local food products.
• A strong commitment to sustainability practices.

• Familiarity with HACCP standards.
• A minimum of three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant settings with knowledge of inventory and purchasing control.
• In-depth understanding of food and catering trends, focusing on quality, production, sanitation, food cost management, and presentation.
• Experience in exposition cooking is required.
• ServSafe certification is advantageous.
