Salary:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $31.00-$44.00, with opportunities to increase earnings through service incentives, retail sales, and tips.

About the Role:

As a Cosmetologist/Stylist at Floyd's 99 Barbershop, you will be responsible for providing top-notch hair services to our clients. This includes helping to create a positive and energetic atmosphere within the shop, embracing our unique wow factors, and ensuring every client feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Emphasize our signature hot lather neck shaves and shoulder massages to enhance the client experience
• Contribute to a culture of inclusivity and respect among clients and colleagues
• Pursue ongoing education and training to maintain expertise in hair design and techniques

Requirements:

• Active Cosmetology License in the state where services will be performed
• Demonstrated passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Proven pride in work and results
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
