Responsibilities- Triage and facilitate treatment plans for emergency patients, ensuring the highest level of care and compassion.
- Continue care of specialty patients who are hospitalized overnight and on weekends, providing seamless continuity of care.
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and support staff.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, support staff, and referral partners, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
