Sunglass Hut, a global leader in premium sunglasses, seeks a skilled Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating customer relationships, providing personalized shopping experiences, and maintaining a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional service.
• Provide a personalized and unique shopping experience for customers, resulting in high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Participate in and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized store appearance, ensuring all company assets are secure.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Ability to adapt to new technology and change with a high level of accuracy.
