Home Health Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at PARS Therapy in Rowlett, TX.

About the Role:

  • As an Occupational Therapist with PARS Therapy, you will provide high-quality home health services to patients who require skilled care.
  • You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote optimal client functionality and enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address patients' unique needs and goals.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communicate effectively with patients and families.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience
  • A Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • An active license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas.
  • OT Liability insurance in the state of Texas is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
