Job Opportunity at BAYADA Home Health Care

Job Summary:

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled LPN to join our STAT team in Northern New Jersey. As a critical care expert, you will work alongside our Hospital at Home ICU (HICU) health services team, transitioning infants and children home from the hospital throughout Northern New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
  • Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
  • Perform clinical assessments and accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management

Requirements:

  • Nursing license in good standing
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
  • Home care trach/vent, ICU, NICU, or PICU experience is required
  • Minimum of 16 hours a week availability
  • Travel within Essex and Union County
