Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with positioning on the procedure table and ensure their comfort and safety during imaging procedures.
- Operate the fluoroscope and other medical equipment as directed by the doctor to produce high-quality images.
- Assist patients off the table and clean the table after each use to maintain a sterile environment.
- Print and document x-rays, ensuring accurate and timely completion of patient records.
- Monitor and maintain radiation exposure levels to ensure patient safety.
- Certification with the Liaison Council for Surgical Technician, preferred
- Graduate of an approved medically based and/or certified program in Surgical Technology
- Current BLS certification
- Successful completion of an approved Surgical Technology program
