Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Pratt Medical Group. As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical imaging department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and prepare patients for ultrasonic diagnostic procedures, explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Perform ultrasonic diagnostic procedures, including positioning patients and selecting the appropriate transducer, to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Manage and process documentation, including developing film, making hard copy images, and documenting tests, to ensure accurate and complete records.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment, reporting any issues to management to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer is required.
  • Certification in diagnostic ultrasound is mandatory, in accordance with state regulations.
  • Current ARRT or ARDMS license is required.
  • Additional requirements may apply, depending on location.
