Job Title: Warehouse Agent


About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Agent to join our team at Alliance Ground International. As a Warehouse Agent, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the efficient and safe receipt, storage, and delivery of cargo.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Receiving and processing inbound shipments, verifying accuracy and completeness
  • Storing and managing inventory, maintaining accurate records
  • Preparing and loading outbound shipments, ensuring timely and safe delivery
  • Operating heavy machinery and equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve operational goals and objectives

Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant work experience
  • Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record
  • Authorization to work in the United States or Canada, depending on location
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, with physical stamina and strength
  • Basic math skills, with ability to calculate piece count, weight, and dimensions
  • Computer skills, with ability to use tracking systems and software
